Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at ergoauracomfort@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, pillowcases and other textile covers can only be returned if unopened and unused in their original packaging.
